ACI wanted to create an intranet that would be easy for their agents to log in and actively take control of there own marketing. This administrative section allowed brokers to create flyers, websites and proposals online with a single point of data entry so that all marketing efforts were updated simotaniously. Additonaly, a link could then be connected to Loopnet.
The site also allowed some users access to make updates on the main site without the knowledge of code.

This is a flash-based map that has the San Diego submarkets plotted. When the mouse rolls over either the number on the map or the corresponding market along the side, a chart pops up the area stats.
Lightbox created the custom map, charts and flash programming.

The website includes floorplans, siteplan, custom area map , flash animation and music to fit the mood of the architecture.
