Lightbox worked with Presto Property Services on a number of projects, but then found that their website was no longer appearing in search engine results. I restructured the code and added more sections to their already existing design. Within months they were at the top of the first page of Google after having been placed in the “sand box” when coding standards changed.

Ligthbox worked with the Heery Brothers to create a custom website that was linked to the MLS. It needed to include a page that showed only their listings and then another page where a buyer could search all local listings. It also updates daily automatically from the MLS listing so thay only need to make changes in one location and they are in control of the info.

Condominiums For Sales Website

Details:
Lightbox worked closely with aCondo4u to create a main website with 2 purposes. The first was to be able to showcase properties for sale. The second was to allow the property owners a point to request service as well as view maintanance tips.

The site then links to each property location where each property has its own site to include floor plans, site plan, amenities list, maps and photos.
